Trades Master started in 2024 with a simple but ambitious goal: elevate building trades throughout Southern Illinois. Too many skilled tradespeople burn out and leave the industry after years of demanding work with not enough to show for their labor and expertise. Prospective tradespeople see this and either look elsewhere for career opportunities or struggle to get started before eventually following the same path out.
Meanwhile, home and business owners are left searching for reliable, professional trades work and coming up short. The gap between skilled labor and the people who need it keeps growing, and we started Trades Master to help close it. If we can do that while being a company that tradespeople love to work for and clients are glad to call, we’ll have built something that will stand the test of time.

OUR STORY

That was the whole idea.
Trades Master was built around a simple belief: a home project should have one team, one plan, and one company accountable, from the first conversation to the final walkthrough. So instead of piecing projects together, we brought the trades in-house: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, design, and start-to-finish project management, all under one roof, right here in Southern Illinois. We’re your neighbors. We work where we live and we build every project like it’s going in our own home.

Our home office is located in Galatia, IL and our primary service area is generally within a 50-mile radius. We most often serve communities on the Illinois side of this radius, bringing our in-house team, thoughtful design process, and dependable craftsmanship to homes and businesses throughout Southern Illinois.
